A total of 65 beneficiaries of the Department of Social Welfare and Development’s (DSWD) Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) graduated today, October 10, 2025, at the Old PNP Hall, Poblacion, Tuba, Benguet.
The Local Government Unit of Tuba successfully conducted its Executive and Legislative Agenda (ELA) Workshop last September 29 to October 1, 2025, at Paradiso Beach Resort, Aringay, La Union.
Mr. Sidrick Azrell L. Sevilla of Barangay Camp 4 and Ms. Trixie N. Togatog of Barangay San Pascual will represent the Municipality of Tuba in the Search for Mr. and Ms. Benguet 2025 during the Benguet Adivay.
The Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (MDRRMC) actively participated in the Participatory Action Research (PAR) facilitated by the Asian Institute of Management on July 18, 2025, at the Mayor’s Conference Hall, Municipal Building, Poblacion, Tuba, Benguet
32 octogenarians and nonagenarians, including one centenarian, received cash incentives from the National Commission of Senior Citizens on July 21, 2025. The payout was held at the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office.
The Tuba Local Government Unit clinched first place in the Gawad Serbisyong Masigasig (Municipality Category – Benguet Cluster) during the 2024 Pagkilala sa Natatanging Kontribusyon sa Bayan (PANATA KO SA BAYAN) Awards for posting the greatest increase in the level of service delivery in the Cordillera Administrative Region.

The Tuba Local Government Unit, under the leadership of Municipal Mayor Clarita P. Sal-ongan, received numerous awards during the 11th Cities and Municipalities Index (CMCI) Awarding Ceremony on December 11, 2024, at Baguio City.
In celebration of Benguet State University’s (BSU) 39th Charter Anniversary, the College of Public Administration and Governance (CPAG) extended its services at Tuba Local Government Unit through a half-day lecture series on January 16, 2025, at the Municipal Grounds, Poblacion, Tuba, Benguet.
